Meet the team

Chuck Gatzemeier
Chuck Gatzemeier, owner/operator of CG Ag followed his dream when founding this company in 2003. His love of farming sprouted on the family farm south of Rudyard. By achieving a Business Finance degree with marketing and management emphasis from Montana State, and working in the industry for decades, Chuck compiled the tools to run a successful business. In 1994, Chuck became a National Certified Crop Adviser, and has since become a Board Member of the group. Locally, he is active in the community as an Elk’s member, Mason, Shriner, and a cantor in the Catholic Church. Chuck and his better half, Janine, can be spotted at Montana State Bobcat Football and Basketball games, and other events as they support the cats.

Dave Henderson
Dave Henderson, the CG Ag warehouse manager and all-around handy-man, was born and raised in Cut Bank. After college at MSU-Northern in Havre, Dave came home to enter the workforce. Later he returned to the family farm, which he operated for 37 years. CG Ag was fortunate to snag Dave out of retirement in 2015. Dave is a member of the Glacier County Historical Society, and the Cut Bank Elk’s Lodge. He served the Cut Bank Volunteer Fire Department for 20 years and for 13 years on the Glacier County FSA Committee. Dave also served on the Board of Directors for Montana Grain Growers for 13 years. Dave enjoys woodworking in his spare time. He and his wife, Charleen, and dog, Zeke, spend time together on home and yard improvement projects.
Nola Softich
Nola joined the CG Ag crew in June of 2018 as our Office Manager. Nola is from Glasgow Montana and has lived in Cut Bank for awhile now. She and her husband, Stan, enjoy taking the boat to the lake and spending time with the kids and working on home projects in their free time.
